QA Team Leader
About The Position
Leading a team of manual and automation testers and providing professional mentorship
Promote and evolve testing methodology and QA processes
Manage all phases of testing for assigned components ensuring test plans and test cases are completed and meet business requirements
Work with development teams investigating and correcting software bugs and deficiencies based on the testing results
Review product specifications and technical designs and provide testing related inputs
Create and review test plans; walk through, integration approach and strategy documents, test cases, scenarios, conditions and scripts.
Create a comprehensive testing strategy including functional, disaster, load and scale testing
Requirements
2+ years managing a team of testers (manual and automatic)
3+ years of experience in manual testing
2+ years of experience in automatic testing
Extensive experience in backend, API and GUI testing
Previous working experience from a financial institute/trading company/FX – big advantage
Knowledge in SQL
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Hebrew + English)
Results oriented, self-learner, problem solver with 'can do' attitude
