  What will you do?

  • Manage a team of 3-5 Support Engineers  Tier 3-4 Support.
  • Be responsible for the company's Production Environments Support.
  • Responsible for the systems SLA.
  • Manage, mentor, lead, and coach our technical support team of Tier 3-4 support engineers , supporting customers across the globe.
  • Define, Measure and track KPIs and security incident response metrics.
  • Monitor the system and respond to alerts 24/7 to provide 99.9 SLA to our customers.


Requirements

What should you have?

  • 3+ years of Managerial Experience, defining KPIs, tracking tasks and managing priorities.
  • Proven experience with International Customer Care.
  • Proven experience in Cloud Production Environment (Advantage – GCP).
  • Experience in deep dive investigation of production issues.
  • Experience with SQL databases (Advantage – MySQL) – installation, maintenance & writing queries.
  • Deep knowledge in networking.
  • Experience in both Windows and Linux environments (Advantage – Ubuntu).
  • Experience with monitoring tools.
  • Excellent English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Excellent English – Must.
