Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Reporting:
- Report to Director of finance
- Collaborate with financial teams abroad to ensure accurate repotting to headquarters.
- Own and manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, and revenue recognition).
- Work closely with the external and internal bookkeeping team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial records.
- Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 SaaS revenue standards.
- Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles, delivering accurate and timely financial statements.
- Support external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
- Manage billing process for Driivz customers both local and abroad .
- Assist with developing and enforcing internal controls and scalable accounting policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting workflows and financial visibility.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- CPA with a Big 4 firm experience.
- Proven experience in SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and usage-based business models - Strong advantage.
- Advanced experience with Priority ERP .
- Advanced experience with audit process and filling to tax authorities.
- Strong FP&A capabilities and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent Excel and PPT skills.
- Knowledge in US tax policies and reporting (Sales Tax).
