Thank you for your interest in Driivz Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”).

We put great efforts in making sure that we secure the personally identifiable information related to you (“Personal Data”) and use it properly.

This job candidate privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we use and protect Personal Data related to job candidates that apply for a position with us.

By reading this Policy you can understand, among others, which Personal Data we collect and use, how we use it and what rights you have.

1. General

When you, as a job candidate, interact with our website, you agree that we will collect, store and use Personal Data in manners which are outlined in this Policy.

We will only process the Personal Data in ways that you would expect of us in order to provide a safe, legal and efficient job application process.

You are under no legal obligation to deliver the Personal Data. You agree, however, that without delivery of the Personal Data, we may not be able to assess your suitability for a position with us.

2. Where is the Personal Data processed?

We have offices in the US and in Israel.

Therefore, Personal Data related to job candidates will be shared between the two offices.

3. Protecting the Personal Data

We understand the importance and the sensitivity of the Personal Data that we collect pertaining to job candidates or which is provided to us by job candidates.

We therefore take appropriate precautions. However, we cannot guarantee that Personal Data will never be disclosed, altered, or destroyed in a way that is inconsistent with this Policy.

4. Which Personal Data will be processed and for what purpose?

When you apply for a job at Driivz, whether through our website, by means of referral or in any other method, we will need to process information about you (including Personal Data) as necessary to assess your suitability to the relevant position.

We hold and process such information for our lawful management and administrative use, such as contacting you and processing your application, and to enable us to run our business and manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately.

5. Sharing Personal Data with third parties

Personal Data will be shared with Comeet Technologies Inc. for the purpose of managing your candidacy.

6. Your rights

You can contact us and request to access the Personal Data that we keep about you.

We may ask you to provide us certain credentials to verify your identity and if you find that the Personal Data that we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or not up-to-date, you can request the correction, amendment or deletion of such Personal Data.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain different types of Personal Data for different periods, depending on the purposes for processing such Personal Data, our legitimate business purposes and pursuant to legal requirements under the applicable law.

If we need to delete Personal Data, it will take some time until we completely delete residual copies of said Personal Data from our active servers and from our backup systems.
