What will you do:
- Work directly with R&D and Product Management in an extremely dynamic environment to ensure a successful delivery of key initiatives and new features.
- Lead implementation of improvement processes and practices and help teams implement changes effectively.
- Develop project plans, schedules and status reports.
- Introduce workflow improvements to the development process. Provide tools, flows, and actions to enable end-to-end deliveries.
- Guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of intricate projects within the time frame, budget and desired quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, be responsible for the on-going status and progress.
Requirements
What should you have:
- 4+ years of experience as an R&D Operations / Project Manager from a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience working with Development, QA and Product teams – A must!
- Cross-functional project management ownership experience.
- Maintain visibility and transparency of all project aspects to all relevant stakeholders, as well as track project KPIs and metrics.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced SU environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Hands-on involvement in PI planning and Sprint Planning, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with Cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent English – both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering)
