Technical Delivery Manager:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically oriented Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will be the technical lead for onboarding new customers and driving complex projects for existing clients, with a focus on system integration architecture, solution design, and long-term scalability. You will work closely with customers, product, and operations and support teams to ensure a seamless deployment of our EV charging management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Onboarding: Own the technical track of onboarding new customers, including discovery sessions, architecture planning, Migration, API integration, and system configuration.
- Design Scalable Solutions: Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions tailored to complex EV charging ecosystems, for new customers during the onboarding and for existing customers.
- Drive System Integrations: Oversee and support integrations with 3rd-party platforms (e.g., customers’ mobile apps, CRM, ERP, OCPI roaming hubs).
- Act as Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact between customers and internal product/engineering teams for pre- and post-deployment phases.
- Support Large-Scale Projects: Manage technical aspects of expansion projects for strategic customers, ensuring performance, compliance, and extensibility of deployed solutions.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, integration guides, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Best Practices & Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to customers on architecture optimization, scalability, and product adoption to maximize value.
- Issue Escalation & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with support and R&D to investigate and resolve technical issues during onboarding or post-go-live.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).
- Strong background in SaaS architecture, system integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with EV charging protocols (e.g., OCPP, OCPI) or working in the e-mobility or energy industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with APIs, migration processes, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in technical project delivery for enterprise clients, including project planning and coordination.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
